Services are provided to all groups of people, without prejudice of their culture, race, ethnic origin, colour, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or disease. We give Service Users the right to choose the sex of the person they would like to be sent to perform personal care.

Training Program

Live-in Care
We ensure that the care worker is matched to the service user's needs and requirements. We do this by introducing the care worker before the package starts to ensure you are happy with the care worker. For family members, we provide a tablet which will enable you to skype or facetime throughout the day to check up on your loved one and keep your mind at ease. If you are unable to skype or facetime, do not worry.
