Nobles Care provides homes for Young Persons through Local Authority Social services or their Commissioning Departments. We pride ourselves on providing a flexible service as we understand the need for care at very short notice periods and circumstantial changes. Once our client’s requirements are received we work tirelessly to tailor our services to the background of the young persons seeking our care during which we determine whether we can meet their needs to the upmost standard of quality.
In our facilities we have rooms for each resident which include their own beds, dining facilities, showers, computers, wardrobes, Wi-Fi, washing machines, and all the other relevant necessities required for everyday life.
This includes bed sheets, duvets, pillow cases, tooth brushes, soap, food and towels until they are settled in and thereafter able to use their personal allowances to continue from there.
In our facilities we have a Responsible Adult and Key member of staff 24 hours a day. All Residents are allowed their independence within reason, and visiting is always during day time hours or early evening so that a measure of sensible control and maturity is maintained at all times.
